We are always cruising. Whether we are sizing up each other’s bodies at the gym, looking for a fuck, or people watching at a cafe, the cruising body is everywhere. The idea of cruising is sexy, exciting and irresponsible. In the moment of the cruise itself, cruisers may transcend the physical space they are inhabiting. In this moment I believe gender and sexual identity can (and should) be left at the door, allowing bodies to mesh into a blinding transcendence.
